Please read these terms carefully. They explain what Veliora provides, what we expect from you, and how fees, communications, and responsibilities work.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of veliora.io and the services provided by Veliora (“Veliora”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, submitting a form, or subscribing to our services, you agree to these Terms. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business, and “you” refers to that business.
Veliora is a brand of VELIORAIO LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Sterling Heights, Michigan. References to “Veliora”, “we”, or “us” mean VELIORAIO LLC.
Your proposal, order, or service agreement may include additional terms, such as the services in your plan, your price, and your scope. If there is a conflict, the signed or accepted service agreement takes priority over these Terms.
2. Our services
Veliora provides a website and a connected business system prepared by our team. Depending on your plan and the scope we agree, this may include customer management, sales pipelines, business phone numbers, call handling, SMS, WhatsApp, email, a shared inbox, online booking, reminders, automation, artificial intelligence assistants, websites and landing pages, forms, payments, invoices, proposals, reviews, social media tools, reporting, and team access.
Done-for-you setup. Our team sets up your account, organises the services in your plan, connects your channels, numbers, booking, and forms to your website and system, prepares agreed messages and automations, tests the connections, and trains your team before handoff.
Included website. While your subscription is active, we design a website suitable for your business, prepare it for search engines, host it, and manage, monitor, and update it within the scope of your plan, with no separate fee for this work. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
We may improve, change, or replace features over time.
3. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, and timely approvals so we can prepare your system.
- Complete verifications that only an account owner can complete, such as phone number registration, WhatsApp business verification, payment provider onboarding, and domain access. We guide you through these steps.
- Keep login details secure, give access only to authorised team members, and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
- Make sure you have the rights to the content, images, and data you give us or upload.
- Use the services in line with applicable laws and the policies of connected providers.
4. Subscriptions, fees, and usage charges
Subscription prices and inclusions are set out in your proposal or service agreement. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled under your agreement. Fees are payable in advance and, unless required by law or stated in your agreement, are non-refundable.
Usage limits and additional charges. Calls, SMS and MMS, WhatsApp conversations, email sending, phone numbers, AI usage, payment processing, and third-party services can involve usage limits or additional charges. Any such limits and charges are set out in your proposal or service agreement, separately from the setup and management work included in your subscription.
Prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added where required. If a payment fails, we may suspend services after notice until the account is brought up to date.
5. Messaging, calling, and consent
You are responsible for the communications you send through Veliora. You must obtain and keep records of the consent required before sending marketing messages or making calls, honour opt-out requests promptly, identify your business in messages, and follow the laws that apply to you and your recipients, including, where applicable, the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM Act, and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
SMS in the United States and Canada may require brand and campaign registration, such as A2P 10DLC or toll-free verification, and is subject to carrier rules and sending limits. WhatsApp messages are subject to Meta’s business and commerce policies, including approved templates, opt-in requirements, and customer-service-window rules. We help you prepare registrations and templates; approval decisions are made by the carriers and providers.
Veliora SMS program terms
Program name: Veliora Enquiry Follow-up. Veliora (VELIORAIO LLC) sends text messages to people who provide a mobile number and check the optional SMS consent box on our public contact form. Messages only respond to and follow up on the enquiry submitted through that form. This contact-form consent does not cover onboarding, appointments, order or account updates, marketing, or messages sent by a client business through Veliora. Those purposes require separate opt-ins, including a distinct opt-in for promotional messages if offered. A client business must identify itself in the consent it collects from its own customers.
By checking the optional consent box, you agree to receive recurring texts from Veliora about your submitted enquiry at the phone number you provide. Message frequency depends on your enquiry and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@veliora.io or +1 (313) 977-7444.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
For information about how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Veliora to:
- Send unsolicited messages, spam, or messages to people who have not consented or have opted out.
- Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or collect personal information unlawfully.
- Send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or harmful.
- Promote prohibited or restricted products where carriers or providers do not allow them.
- Interfere with, attack, or attempt unauthorised access to our systems or other accounts.
- Copy, resell, or reverse engineer the services except as agreed in writing.
We may suspend or remove content, messages, or access that breaches these rules or puts our services, providers, or other customers at risk.
7. Artificial intelligence features
AI assistants for chat, calls, and content are configured with the information and instructions you approve. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete, and you remain responsible for how it is used and for reviewing responses where accuracy matters. AI features must not be used to make medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions, or to impersonate people without disclosure where disclosure is required.
8. Third-party services
Some services depend on third parties, such as telecom carriers, Meta and WhatsApp, email providers, payment processors, calendars, social networks, and advertising platforms. Their availability, approvals, prices, and rules are outside our control and may vary by country. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms.
9. Your data and content
You keep ownership of the business content and customer data you provide or collect through the services. You give us permission to use it only as needed to provide, support, and improve the services for you. We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for the lawful collection of your customers’ information and for providing them with your own privacy notice. If you need a copy of your data, contact us before your subscription ends.
10. Our intellectual property
The Veliora platform, software, designs, templates, documentation, and branding belong to Veliora and its licensors. Your subscription gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services during your subscription. The website we prepare for you is provided as part of your subscription; any transfer of the website or its files after the subscription ends is handled according to your service agreement.
11. No guaranteed results
We prepare your website for search engines and your system for better follow-up, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, message delivery rates, or specific business results.
12. Support and changes
Support and changes are provided within the scope of your plan. Requests can be sent through our contact page or by email to support@veliora.io. We aim to respond promptly and will tell you if a request falls outside your scope.
13. Term, cancellation, and suspension
Your subscription continues until cancelled according to your service agreement. We may suspend or end services if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the services in a way that creates legal or security risk, normally after notice where it is reasonable to give it. When the subscription ends, access to the system and the included website may end, and data may be deleted after a reasonable period.
14. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Veliora is not an emergency service, a medical records system, or a substitute for professional advice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veliora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Veliora against claims, fines, and costs arising from your content, your communications to your customers, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify subscribers. Continued use after the update means you accept the updated Terms.
18. General
These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Veliora about the services. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Governing law and the venue for disputes are set out in your service agreement.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@veliora.io or through our contact page.
