VELIORA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy is written to be clear about what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Who this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Veliora (“Veliora”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit veliora.io, contact us, request a consultation, subscribe to our services, or otherwise interact with us.

Veliora is a brand of VELIORAIO LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Sterling Heights, Michigan. References to “Veliora”, “we”, or “us” mean VELIORAIO LLC.

Veliora provides businesses with a website and a connected business system, including customer management, messaging, phone, booking, automation, payments, and related services. When our clients use Veliora to store or communicate with their own customers, we process that information on our client’s behalf and according to their instructions. In that case, the client’s own privacy notice applies, and questions about that information should be directed to the business you dealt with.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill in a form, request a consultation, subscribe, or contact our team, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, billing details, and the content of your messages.

Information needed to prepare your system. To set up a client account, we may receive business details, logos and media, team member names and contact details, phone numbers, messaging and social account details, calendar settings, and access permissions you choose to give us.

Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our providers may collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and dates and times of visits, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information from service providers, advertising and social platforms, payment processors, and partners, for example when you respond to one of our ads or pay an invoice.

If you give us information about other people, such as team members, you are responsible for having the authority to do so.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries, discuss service requirements, and send proposals.
  • To prepare, configure, connect, test, and support the services in a client’s plan, including the website we design and manage.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and services, and to prevent fraud and misuse.
  • To process subscriptions, invoices, and payments, and to keep business and accounting records.
  • To send service messages, such as setup updates, security notices, and changes to our terms.
  • To send marketing communications where permitted by law and your preferences. You can opt out at any time.
  • To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights, our clients, and the public.

4. Artificial intelligence features

Some Veliora services use artificial intelligence, for example to draft replies, answer calls or chats, or summarise conversations. These features process the content needed to provide the service you or our client requested, through providers that are bound by contractual restrictions on how they use that data. AI-generated output can contain mistakes and should be reviewed where accuracy matters.

5. Text messages, WhatsApp, and calls

Veliora enquiry follow-up texts. If you enter your phone number and check the optional SMS consent box on our contact form, Veliora (VELIORAIO LLC) may text you only to respond to and follow up on the enquiry you submit there. The number of messages depends on your enquiry and your replies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. This opt-in does not cover account or service notices, marketing messages, or WhatsApp messages.

Other text-message programs require separate, purpose-specific consent. Messages sent by a Veliora client business to its own customers require an opt-in identifying that business, and are not covered by consent given to Veliora on this form. We may use your phone number to call you about your enquiry; phone calls and WhatsApp communications are handled according to their own applicable permissions and notices.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information and text messaging opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Google user data

This section explains how Veliora handles information from Google when a business using Veliora chooses to connect its Google account. Veliora only accesses Google data after the account owner signs in with Google and approves the requested permissions.

Veliora’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google data we access

  • Google account details: your name, email address, and Google account ID, so we can show which Google account is connected.
  • Google Calendar (read-only): the calendar you select and its events, including start and end times and status, and notifications when those events change. We use this to show your busy times in Veliora and avoid double-booking appointments. We do not create, change, or delete events in your Google Calendar.
  • Google Business Profile: your business accounts and locations, location details, and customer reviews with any owner replies. We use this to show your reviews in Veliora, let you reply to them, and help you send review requests. When you post, edit, or delete a reply in Veliora, we send it to Google on your behalf. We do not change your business information on Google.

How we use Google data

We use Google data only to provide and improve the features you see and use in your Veliora account, as described above. We do not:

  • sell Google data or transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers;
  • use Google data to serve ads, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based ads;
  • use Google data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes;
  • use Google data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Our staff do not read your Google data unless you ask us to for support and agree to it, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse or a bug, or it is required by law.

How we store and protect Google data

Google access tokens and synced calendar event details are encrypted at rest and kept inside the connected business’s own isolated Veliora account, which other businesses cannot access. Our systems are hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States.

When we share Google data

We do not transfer Google data to anyone except: to provide the Veliora features you use and only with your permission, for example sending your review replies to Google; for security purposes; to comply with applicable law; or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets after obtaining your explicit prior consent.

Keeping and deleting Google data

We keep Google data only while your Google account is connected and it is needed for the features above. You can disconnect Google at any time in Veliora under Settings > Integrations. When you disconnect, we delete the stored Google access tokens and stop accessing your Google data. You can also remove Veliora’s access from your Google Account permissions page. To ask us to delete Google data we already hold, such as synced calendar events, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page or email support@veliora.io.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers that host our website and systems, deliver email, SMS, WhatsApp, and voice communications, process payments, provide analytics, AI, or customer support tools, and act on our instructions.
  • Our clients, when we process information on their behalf as part of the services they subscribe to.
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants, auditors, and lawyers.
  • Authorities and other parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A buyer or successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies that are needed for the website to work, and may use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; because there is no common standard for them, our website does not currently respond to those signals.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Information we process for clients is retained according to the client’s instructions and our agreement with them.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration, and we expect our providers to do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us right away at support@veliora.io.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction or deletion, to withdraw consent, and to object to or opt out of certain uses, including marketing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

To ask us to delete your personal information, follow the steps on our Data Deletion page.

Residents of certain states may have additional rights under state privacy laws, such as the right to know what categories of information we collect and disclose, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Canada. You may request access to and correction of your personal information and withdraw your consent, subject to legal and contractual restrictions. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or your provincial privacy regulator.

If your request concerns information that a Veliora client holds about you, we will refer you to that client, or help them respond.

12. Where information is processed

We and our service providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States, and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws, and information may be accessible to authorities there under local law. Where we transfer information, we use contractual and other measures to protect it.

13. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Links to other websites

Our website may link to other websites and services, such as social networks and payment pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and change the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.

16. Contact us
