Data Deletion Instructions

Veliora is operated by VELIORAIO LLC. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with Veliora, including data obtained through Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp integrations, where connected.

1. Disconnect your Meta account

In your Facebook settings, open Business Integrations, select Veliora, and remove the integration. If you connected through Instagram or another Meta service, use that service’s connected-app settings where available. An authorized company administrator can also disconnect the relevant service in Veliora under Settings > Integrations.

Disconnecting revokes the connection; it does not automatically delete information already stored in Veliora.

2. Request deletion

Email support@veliora.io with the subject Veliora Data Deletion Request. You can also use our contact form.

• Include the email address associated with your Veliora account or the contact details you used with the business.
• Identify the company or workspace and the connected Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp business number, if relevant.
• Describe whether you want integration data, particular personal records, or your account deleted.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary identity documents. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity and authority before deleting data.

3. What happens to your request

After verification, we assess the request and delete the personal data within its scope that Veliora controls, subject to applicable retention requirements. Depending on the connection and request, this may include account information, stored integration credentials, identifiers, and associated messages or contact records.

If your data belongs to a business using Veliora, we may need that business’s instructions or refer your request to it. We will communicate the request’s outcome and explain any information that must be retained for legal obligations, security, or other applicable requirements.

This process applies to data held by Veliora. It does not delete your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or other third-party account, or copies retained by Meta or another business.
