This page explains how to ask Veliora to delete personal information we hold about you. Veliora is a brand of VELIORAIO LLC, a Michigan limited liability company based in Sterling Heights, Michigan. References to “Veliora”, “we”, or “us” mean VELIORAIO LLC.
How to request deletion
Email support@veliora.io with the subject “Data Deletion Request”, or send the request through our contact page. Please include your full name and the email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find your information.
We will verify that the request comes from you, delete or anonymise the personal information we hold about you, and confirm by email when it is done. We may keep limited records where the law requires it, for example billing and tax records, or to keep a record of your opt-out so we do not contact you again.
Text messages and WhatsApp
To stop text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. To stop WhatsApp messages, reply STOP or ask us to remove you. If you also want your information deleted, send a deletion request as described above.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Veliora
Businesses that use Veliora control the information they collect about their own customers. If you received messages or bookings from one of those businesses, contact the business directly to ask for deletion. You can also email us, and we will forward your request to the business and help them complete it.
